Information for use of the article Notakehl D3 Ointment: - Active substance: Pénicillium chrysogenum D3. - Indications: Registered homeopathic medicinal product, therefore no therapeutic indication is given. - Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to moulds (Pénicillium chrysogenum), autoimmune diseases, children under 12 years of age, pregnancy and breast-feeding. - Indications: Seek medical advice if symptoms persist; note possible skin irritation. - Interactions: Possible impairment due to immunosuppressive drugs; distance before and after treatment with orally administered live vaccines. - Side effects: Hypersensitivity reactions, temporary aggravation of symptoms possible. - Dosage: Apply a thin layer to the affected areas of skin 1-3 times a day; maximum duration of therapy: 4 weeks. - Composition: 0.10g Penicillium chrysogenum D3 dil., wool wax alcohol ointment, medium-chain triglycerides, glycerol monostearate 40-55, propylene glycol, magnesium sulphate 7 H20, lactic acid, water for injections - Manufacturer: SANUM-KEHLBECK GmbH & Co KG
