Flosa Balance Dose is a food supplement containing inulin and Indian psyllium husk. These two plant ingredients are soluble dietary fibres that play a role in the balance of the intestines. Inulin is an indigestible carbohydrate that cannot be broken down by digestive enzymes and therefore enters the colon undigested. The recommended intake is to stir one sachet or one measuring spoonful of Flosa Balance into about 200 ml of liquid twice a day and take it before or during a meal. It is recommended to take Flosa Balance for at least seven days and it can be used long-term. Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. Flosa Balance supports a balanced and varied diet and should not be used as a substitute for it. It is gluten-free and has a pleasant orange flavour.
