Flosa Balance is a dietary supplement with fiber and sweeteners.It supports a balanced and varied diet.The product contains Indian psyllium husks (Plantago ovata) and inulin, which are soluble fiber.Flosa Balance is easy to drink and tastes pleasantly of orange.It is also gluten-free.

The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends adults consume at least 30 g of fiber per day.However, many people consume less fiber.A dietary supplement with vegetable fiber such as Indian psyllium husk in combination with the prebiotic inulin can therefore be useful.This combination has a positive effect on the intestinal tract, increases stool volume and improves stool consistency.Inulin is only metabolized in the large intestine and promotes healthy intestinal flora.

Application

It is best to take Flosa Balance before or during a meal.Put the contents of a sachet or a measuring spoon of Flosa Balance into a glass and slowly fill it with water (non-carbonated) or e.g.E.g. orange juice.Stir the granules and drink them immediately.Then drink another glass of liquid.Do not take Flosa Balance without liquid as it binds liquid.You should drink at least 1.5 liters per day.

A measuring spoon with 5.5 g of Flosa Balance contains 1.7 g of inulin and 1.6 g of Indian psyllium husk.Other ingredients include maltodextrin, orange flavor, acidifier citric acid, sweetener aspartame, coloring E 104 and coloring E110.Flosa Balance is gluten-free and contains a source of phenylalanine.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, this product should not be used.

Dosage

Take one scoop (5.5 g granules) of Flosa Balance three times a day before or during a meal.Stir the granules in a glass of liquid (non-carbonated).Since Flosa Balance binds fluid in the gastrointestinal tract, you should drink at least 1.5 liters throughout the day.Never take Flosa Balance without liquid.
