Gazin gauze compresses are soft, absorbent and permeable to air. They are made of 100 % cotton and do not contain any edge threads, as all cut edges are on the inside. The range includes sterile gauze compresses without and non-sterile compresses with or without X-ray contrast thread. Sterile gauze compresses with X-ray contrast thread are available under the brand name Setpack. These compresses are suitable for wound cleansing, wound covering and for absorbing body fluids. They are made of gauze according to DIN EN 14079 and have good absorbency. The Gazin compresses can be purchased from the mail-order pharmacy mainphar.com.
