Directions for use of the article Magen-Darmtropfen N Cosmochema, Mischung: Gastrointestinal Drops N Cosmochema, mixture is a homeopathic medicine for the treatment of inflammation of the digestive organs with mild cramp-like gastrointestinal complaints such as bloating and flatulence in adults and schoolchildren. It contains the active substances Gentiana lutea Dil. D3, Matricaria recutita Dil. D2, Juniperus communis Dil. D3 and Artemisia absinthium Dil. D3. The medicinal product must not be taken in the event of an allergic reaction to camomile or other composite plants, any of the active substances or other ingredients. In the event of discolouration of the stools or blood in the stools, prolonged complaints or unclear/new complaints, a doctor should be consulted. There is no sufficiently documented experience of its use in children, so it should not be used in children under 6 years of age. The medicinal product contains 50% alcohol by volume and should therefore be used with caution. There are no known effects on the ability to drive and operate machinery. Interactions with other medicines may occur, so a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted before use.
