The therapy clay is ideal for finger and hand exercises as well as for therapy and strengthening of the muscles.It enables individual training to improve the ability to move and grip the hand, to strengthen the hand and forearm muscles and to promote tendon gliding.This is particularly useful after injuries or operations and for conditions such as Parkinson's or rheumatism.The training is also fun and is not only effective but also entertaining.

The therapy clay is made of silicone and feels pleasantly light, dry and soft.Due to its nature, it does not stain, does not harden and therefore has an unlimited shelf life.It is recommended not to train with wet or creamed hands and to always put the dough back in the tin.Avoid contact of the silicone with textiles, liquid or dirt.

The therapy clay is available in different strength levels: extra-soft, soft, medium, strong and extra strong.This means that the resistance can be optimally tailored to the individual level of rehabilitation.For weak muscles or pain, the therapeutic clay is suitable in the soft or extra-soft levels (light pink or blue).As soon as the first successes appear and training becomes easier, you can train with the next higher level of strength.The therapy putty in the extra strong level (white) is particularly suitable for training hands that are subject to high levels of strength, for example for athletes (golf, climbing, bowling) or workers.
