Eucerin Aquaphor Protect & Repair Ointment

The Eucerin Aquaphor Protect & Repair Ointment is a special care product for extremely dry, cracked and irritated skin and supports faster skin regeneration.It is ideal for caring for baby's skin and can also be used under heavy use such as sport or frequent hand washing.The ointment forms a protective film that protects the skin from moisture loss and at the same time promotes regeneration.

Area of application

The Eucerin Aquaphor Protect & Repair Ointment protects, soothes and cares for extremely dry skin as well as irritated or cracked skin and promotes faster skin regeneration.It is also suitable as baby care and is particularly gentle on sensitive baby skin.The ointment can be used for dry areas of skin, in the diaper area, as cold protection for the face and hands, and for heavy-duty sports.It also intensively protects and cares for hands that are damaged by frequent hand washing or contact with skin-irritating substances.

Mode of action

The Eucerin Aquaphor Protect & Repair Ointment is a water vapor permeable, rich fatty ointment.It forms a reliable protective film and at the same time prevents possible moisture build-up on the skin.This creates an ideal skin regeneration environment.In addition, the ointment with panthenol and bisabolol soothes irritated skin and accelerates the regeneration of heavily stressed skin.The skin's barrier function is improved again.

The Eucerin Aquaphor Protect & Repair Ointment contains the following ingredients: Paraffinum Liquidum, Cera Microcristallina, Ceresin, Lanolin Alcohol (Eucerit®), Panthenol, Glycerin, Bisabolol.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, the product should not be used.

Dosage

The Eucerin Aquaphor Protect & Repair Ointment can be applied to the affected areas several times a day if necessary.The recommended duration of use is at least 3 days.The ointment should not be applied to open, bleeding or weeping wounds.Due to its high-fat consistency, it is very economical and should therefore be applied thinly and sparingly.

Eucerin Aquaphor Protect & Repair Ointment is my secret weapon against skin irritations. My skin is prone to redness and dryness, but since I've been using this ointment, it feels supple and healthy. It is particularly gentle and well tolerated, without fragrances or irritating ingredients. Absolutely recommendable!

We are very satisfied with this ointment. Dry patches disappear immediately. My feet are normally huge and brittle, especially in summer, from walking barefoot. Since I have been using this ointment regularly, they feel much softer and look beautiful again. The consistency is just right. It is easy to apply and absorbs well. I am happy to recommend the ointment to others.

Personally, I was not so convinced by the ointment (it is not a cream). The product works, smells and is actually like Vaseline. Only, more expensive. I don't like the greasy film that remains, but it does help with extremely dry areas, e.g. on elbows or heels, but it's nothing for the face.

I received this ointment as part of a product test. The scent is neutral. The consistency reminds me a little of Vaseline. Nevertheless, it spreads well but is not absorbed immediately. I therefore used appropriate care gloves or booties to apply it to my hands and feet. The effect is great. It soothes the skin and rough or cracked areas are actually reduced within a few days. The tube contains 45ml and is in the upper price segment at around €10. However, as the ointment is very economical, the price is put into perspective. A clear recommendation from me

I think the cream is very good, especially as it is suitable for the whole family. It soothes the skin very quickly, my son has eczema and the cream helps to relieve the itching and redness. It has a greasy texture so a small amount is enough to protect the skin well. It is not absorbed quickly but helps to protect the skin for longer.
