Iron tablets AbZ 50 mg film-coated tablets - To compensate for iron deficiency
Do you know these symptoms? You feel tired, have a pale face or have a weakened immune system. What initially sounds like too much stress or little sleep can also be the result of an iron deficiency.Iron tablets AbZ 50 mg film-coated tablets can compensate for an iron deficiency that has occurred. The vital trace element has a major influence on many of the body's functions, which is why an adequate supply of iron is necessary. As an important component of the red blood pigment hemoglobin, it plays a crucial role in oxygen transport.
An iron deficiency can have various causes. For example, women can lose iron during menstruation, which can lead to a long-term deficiency. But high levels of physical activity or one-sided diets can also increase the need.In the long term, this can lead to iron stores not being sufficiently filled.Iron tablets AbZ 50 mg film-coated tablets can compensate for a deficiency. The recommendation for adults is 1-4 film-coated tablets daily for a period of at least 8 weeks. For children weighing 25 kg or more, the recommended dosage is 1-3 film-coated tablets per day.In addition, you should make sure you get enough iron in your diet.Foods such as sesame, soy, legumes, grains, nuts, fish or meat are particularly suitable for this.
