Instructions for use of the article Cefanight Spray: Product characteristics: - Name: Food supplement with melatonin. - Use/Recommended use: Adults give 1 spray (equivalent to 1 mg melatonin) directly into the mouth shortly before going to bed and allow the solution to act for 10-20 seconds before swallowing. Do not shake the spray bottle before taking it out.
