Cefanıght^® Spray is a dietary supplement that contains melatonin.Melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep.To achieve this effect, an amount of 1 mg of melatonin should be taken shortly before bedtime.Melatonin also helps to alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag.For this purpose, it is recommended to take at least 0.5 mg of melatonin just before going to bed on the first day of travel and the first days after arrival at your destination.
