Cefasel 200 nutri Selenium Caps is a food supplement with 200 μg selenium. Selenium supports the normal function of the immune system, the thyroid gland and the protection of cells from oxidative damage. It contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails and is important for normal sperm formation. The recommended intake is one unchewed hard capsule per day with sufficient water. Avoid taking sodium selenite and vitamin C at the same time as this may interfere with the optimal availability of sodium selenite. However, taking them at different times no longer has any effect. Each hard capsule contains 200 μg selenium, which is 364% of the recommended daily intake. The composition includes microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, rice extract, sodium selenite and vegetable oil (sunflower oil). The product is 100% vegan and contains no lactose, gluten, gelatine, colouring, allergens, flavouring, yeast or sweeteners. It should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle and should be kept out of the reach of young children. Excessive intake may have laxative effects.
