Use and preparation

To prepare a meal, mix about 30 g of powder (approx. 2 level measuring spoons) with 250 ml of chilled milk (1.5% fat), preferably in a shaking cup or with a whisk.Using lactose-free milk creates a meal low in lactose.Up to three main meals per day can be replaced with one meal of cefamagar.Each meal contains about 237 kcal.

Instructions for use

Replacing two main meals with cefamagar per day contributes to weight loss.Replacing one main meal helps maintain weight after weight loss.The high protein content ensures the maintenance and development of muscle mass.The nutrients it contains support normal energy metabolism.
