Cefavit B-complete film-coated tablets are a food supplement containing all 8 vitamins of the B-complex. These vitamins play an important role in central metabolic processes in the body and contribute to the maintenance of normal body functions. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7 and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism, while vitamins B1, B3, B6, B7 and B12 contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system and psyche. Vitamin B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance. Vitamin B7 is important for normal carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism. The recommended intake for adults and adolescents aged 15 and over is one film-coated tablet per day with water. The film-coated tablets contain various ingredients such as thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, biotin, folic acid and vitamin B12. There are no known contraindications, except in cases of known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. It is recommended not to exceed the recommended daily dose.
