I have been using the Caya diaphragm in combination with the Caya gel for 2 years now. Before that I tried many other contraceptives (pill, IUD, copper bead ball), but none of them were suitable for me in the long term. My gynaecologist then recommended Caya to me. Admittedly, I was a bit suspicious at first and insisted on using a condom at the same time, but every time I used it I became more confident in its use and now trust it. If you know your body and are not afraid of contact, the Caya is very easy to use, easier than a menstrual cup. I haven't had any problems with it so far and although my body is very sensitive, I can tolerate the gel without any side effects.
