Directions for use of the article NICApur Hair & Nails Capsules: - NICApur Hair & Nails Capsules are a food supplement. - 1 capsule should be taken daily with plenty of liquid, not exceeding the recommended daily intake. - The capsules should be stored at room temperature, dry and protected from light, out of the reach of children. - The ingredients per daily dose (= 1 capsule) are: 60 mg bamboo shoot extract (contains 21 mg silicon), 460 mg coral calcium (contains 160 mg calcium), 5.0 mg zinc, 38.5 µg selenium, 0.5 mg copper, 40 mg vitamin C, 6.0 mg pantothenic acid, 1.4 mg vitamin B6 and 150 µg D-biotin. - The capsules contain coral calcium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), microcrystalline cellulose, bamboo shoot extract, calcium L-ascorbate, zinc citrate, sodium selenite, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, copper citrate and D-biotin. They do not contain any allergens. - The net quantity is 22 g (= 30 capsules) and the country of origin of the food is Austria. - The manufacturer is NICApur Micronutrition GmbH, based in Puch/Salzburg, Austria. - Further information states that vitamin B6 is important for the formation of cysteine, which in turn is a component of keratin, which forms the structure of hair and nails.
