Directions for use of the product Doppelherz aktiv Kieselerde+Biotin+Zinc Tablets: - Food supplements are no substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. - Product characteristics: Tablets with silica, calcium, magnesium, biotin, zinc and copper. - Use/Recommended use: Take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening with a meal, unchewed and with sufficient liquid. - Storage conditions: Keep out of reach of small children, store in a dry place and not above 25 °C.
