MINOXIDIL DoppelherzPharma is a medicine that contains the active ingredient minoxidil and is used to treat hair loss in women.It stabilizes the course of androgenetic alopecia, a characteristic, uneven hereditary hair thinning in the upper front area of the scalp, and can counteract the progression of this alopecia.The treatment promotes hair growth and counteracts the progression of androgenetic alopecia.The onset of androgenetic alopecia in women is characterized by a reduction in hair density in the vertex and front scalp area, with the hairline remaining.Complete baldness almost never occurs, but rather diffuse thinning of the hair in the middle parting area.

The solution contains the active ingredient minoxidil.One milliliter of the solution contains 20 milligrams of minoxidil.The other ingredients are propylene glycol, ethanol and purified water.

Dosage

MINOXIDIL DoppelherzPharma is intended for external use on dry scalp.It should only be used on healthy, uninjured scalp and not on other parts of the body.The recommended dose is 1 milliliter of the solution twice daily, morning and evening, on the affected areas of the scalp.The amount of 1 milliliter of solution applied twice daily should not be exceeded, regardless of the size of the affected skin area.

Intake

The solution is sprayed directly onto the scalp in the area of hair loss.After each pumping session, the liquid should be spread over the affected area using your fingertips, avoiding inhalation of spray fumes.After application, hands should be washed carefully to avoid accidental contact with mucous membranes and eyes.After application, you can style your hair as usual, but the scalp should not be moistened for about four hours to avoid washing off the product.

Patient information
