Cefavit D3 K2 Mg 4,000 I.U. hard capsules are a food supplement with high doses of vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and magnesium. Vitamin D and magnesium support the maintenance of normal muscle function and, together with vitamin K, the maintenance of normal bones. Furthermore, vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting. The recommended intake for adults is 1 capsule every 2 days, for adolescents 13 years and older 1 capsule every 4 days and for children 7 years and older 1 capsule weekly, unchewed with sufficient liquid with a meal. The composition per hard capsule contains 100 µg vitamin D (4,000 I.U.), 200 µg vitamin K and 300 mg magnesium. NRV (nutrient reference value) is 2,000% for vitamin D, 267% for vitamin K and 80% for magnesium. The hard capsules contain magnesium oxide, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), rice extract, microcrystalline cellulose filler, vegetable oil (sunflower oil), menaquinone (vitamin K2 as MK-7, all-trans, microencapsulated, vegan) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3, vegetarian). They are suitable for vegetarians and gluten-free. They do not contain lactose, gelatine, colourings, allergens, flavouring or yeast. It should be noted that food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
