Cefavit® D3 K2 Mg 4,000 are hard capsules that serve as a dietary supplement with high doses of vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and magnesium.This product is available without a prescription.Vitamin D and magnesium contribute to the normal function of muscles, while vitamin D, K and magnesium together contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.Vitamin K also supports normal blood clotting.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The hard capsules contain magnesium oxide, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (as capsule shell), microcrystalline cellulose as filler, rice extract, vegetable oil (sunflower oil), menaquinone (vitamin K2 as MK-7, all-trans, microencapsulated and vegan) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3, vegetarian).One hard capsule contains an average of 100 µg (4,000 IU) vitamin D (2,000% NRV), 200 µg vitamin K (267% NRV) and 310 mg magnesium (83% NRV).

This product is suitable for vegetarians and gluten-free.It contains no added lactose, allergens, gelatin, flavor, yeast or sweeteners.

Application and dosage

The recommended dosage for Cefavit® D3 K2 Mg 4,000 hard capsules is as follows: Adults take 1 capsule every other day, young people aged 13 and over take 1 capsule every fourth day and children aged 7 and over take 1 capsule weekly.The capsules should be taken whole with sufficient liquid, preferably water, with a meal.
