One lozenge contains 50 mg Icelandic moss dry extract, 50 mg marshmallow root dry extract and 25 mg licorice root dry extract.Other ingredients include sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, sucralose, magnesium stearate, sorbitol, xanthan gum and flavor.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is as follows: Children from 4 to 9 years of age should suck one lozenge twice a day, teenagers from 10 to 17 years of age should suck one lozenge 3 to 4 times a day and adults from 18 years of age should suck one lozenge up to 6 times a day.The lozenges should be sucked at least 2 hours apart in order to develop the full effect of the plant extracts.
