Per daily serving (2 sticks of 4 g each), the product contains 5000 mg collagen hydrolyzate, 160 mg vitamin C (200% of the nutrient reference values for adults), 1.0 mg manganese (50% of the nutrient reference values) and 25 µg vitamin D (500% of the nutrient reference values).

Dosage
