Directions for use of Peru Lenicet Care Ointment: Peru Lenicet Care Ointment is used for the care of chapped skin and sunburn. An important ingredient of this ointment is Peru balsam, which is extracted from the resin of the Peru balsam tree. This well-known care product promotes blood circulation to the affected tissue and supports natural regeneration. The ointment contains petrolatum, paraffinum liquidum, paraffin, lanolin, alumina, myroxylon balsamum, aluminium diacetate, castor communis seed oil, silica, colophonium and dimethicone as ingredients. It is applied 2-3 times a day to the affected areas of the skin. People allergic to colophony and/or perubalsam should not use the ointment and should discontinue use if skin redness occurs.
