Particular caution is advised in the case of persistent, unclear or newly occurring complaints. Use together with other medicines or food should be clarified with a doctor or pharmacist beforehand. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and persons with intolerance to certain sugars should seek medical advice before use. The sprinkle pellets should be taken half an hour before or after meals and allowed to dissolve slowly in the mouth. Overdoses have not been reported so far, and discontinuing use has no harmful effects. Possible side effects are not known so far.
