I only use the Hoggar Night tablets from time to time. They work reliably for me and I don't feel drowsy the next day even after a few minutes of difficulty starting up

Helps very well to sleep through the night. Takes effect after about 20 minutes. The next day feels like before, well rested. However, if you have planned less than 8 hours to sleep, you will be a little drowsy for half the next day.
