ALBICANSAN D 5 is a registered homeopathic medicinal product used for the treatment of fungal diseases. The active substance of the medicinal product is Candida albicans D5. This yeast fungus can cause fungal diseases in the human body, especially when the immune system is weakened. ALBICANSAN D 5 contains a defined dilution of Candida albicans according to homeopathic doctrine and is therefore used for various fungal diseases, such as skin infections, mycoses of the genitourinary tract, fungal gastrointestinal disorders and fungal infections of the oral cavity. The medicine is taken orally as well as applied externally. It should not be used in children under 6 years of age and must not be used if there is hypersensitivity to yeast fungi. The recommended dosage is 5 drops 1-2 times a day to take before a meal and 5-10 drops 2 times a week to rub into the crook of the arm.
