Summary: Exmykehl D3 suppositories are a registered homeopathic medicinal product without therapeutic indication. They contain the active substances Candida albicans, Candida parapsilosis and Penicillium roquefortii in diluted form. I was recommended these suppositories because of fungi in my intestines and painful haemorrhoids. I used one suppository per evening for five days and then took a two-day break and then five days of suppositories again, according to the naturopath's prescription. I soon had no more itching, pain or swelling. Defecation was also no longer a pain as the haemorrhoids had receded. Now, six months after this suppository treatment, the symptoms are slightly worse again and I have ordered Exmykehl to repeat the treatment. I am glad that this natural remedy is available for such problems and I have not noticed anything negative and can only recommend it.

I can't say anything about the effect (yet), but I have the feeling that the suppositories don't dissolve well because some of them are excreted again.
