Biatain foam dressing 10x10 cm soft-adherent is a medical product with a unique 3D foam structure that provides excellent absorption. The dressing minimises the risk of maceration and leakage and can be worn for a long time. It is soft and flexible. The Biatain foam dressing can be used on a wide range of exuding wounds, such as leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, second-degree burns, post-operative wounds and skin abrasions. It can also be used under compression therapy, but must not be used on split skin removal sites. The Biatain foam dressing consists of a vapour-permeable, bacteria- and waterproof top film, an absorbent polyurethane foam and a gentle adhesive. It is manufactured by Coloplast GmbH.
