Summary: Medicomp dressings are non-sterile non-woven dressings used for general wound care. They are made of 70% rayon and 30% polyester fibres, are free of binders and optical brighteners. The dressings are absorbent, soft and permeable to air. They are available in different sizes and can be used as swabs as well as compresses for minor surgical procedures. It is recommended that the non-sterile Medicomp compresses are sterilised in a validated process before use on open wounds. The pack contains 100 pieces of compresses.
