Directions for use for Vitazell Arthro capsules: Vitazell Arthro offers a special combination of nutrients that can contribute to joint health. The ingredients included are glucosamine sulphate, chondroitin sulphate, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B6, zinc, manganese and selenium. Glucosamine sulphate supports the formation of synovial fluid, which lubricates the joints. Chondroitin sulphate contributes to the elasticity of the cartilage. Vitamin E protects the cells from oxidative stress, vitamin B6 is important for collagen biosynthesis, and the trace elements manganese, zinc and selenium contribute to cell protection. The recommended daily intake of Vitazell Arthro is one capsule. The capsule should be taken unchewed with some liquid.
