Sea Fish Oil Supra Concentrate w.60% Omega-3 Fatty Acids is a food supplement that provides a convenient way to meet the daily requirement of omega-3 fatty acids. Each softgel capsule contains 1000 mg of sea fish oil with 60% omega-3 fatty acids, including 300 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid, 200 mg of docosahexaenoic acid and 100 mg of other omega-3 fatty acids. In addition, the capsule shell contains bovine gelatine, 20 mg walnut oil and 7.4 mg vitamin E from vegetable raw materials. The recommended intake is 1-2 capsules per day, taken either chewed or unchewed with liquid. Omega-3 fatty acids are important for the human organism as they play an important role in the function of the blood vessels and increase the flexibility of the cell membrane. Fatty sea fish such as anchovies, sardines and herring are natural sources of omega-3 fatty acids, but can also be supplemented by taking sea fish oil supplements such as Sea Fish Oil Supra Concentrate.
