Pure Encapsulations Acerola/Flavonoid Capsules are a food supplement containing vitamin C and bioflavonoids. It is recommended to take one capsule per day with or between meals. The capsules should be kept out of the reach of children and stored in a cool, dry place. Each daily serving (1 capsule) contains 150 mg vitamin C and 75 mg bioflavonoids, including 25 mg naringin, 25 mg quercetin and 25 mg rutin. Vitamin C is an important antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative stress and has a beneficial effect. It also increases iron absorption and is involved in normal collagen formation, which plays an important role in bones, cartilage, teeth and skin.
