One stick of Kijimea Immune Powder (4g) contains 10 billion KBE Lactobacillus plantarum, 10 billion KBE Lactobacillus rhamnosus, 10 billion KBE Bifidobacterium lactis and fructo-oligo-saccharides (FOS).The product also contains choline, riboflavin as well as vitamin D and biotin.Vitamin D supports the normal function of the immune system, biotin supports the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, riboflavin protects cells from oxidative stress and reduces tiredness and fatigue, and choline supports normal fat and homocysteine metabolism.

Dosage

As an immune treatment to build up the body's own protective shield, it is recommended to consume one stick daily for at least two weeks, optimally for four weeks.As an intensive treatment to quickly support the body's immune system, the dosage can be increased to once or twice a day.
