The recommended dose for adults and adolescents over 14 years of age is 1 - 2 tablets (corresponding to 50 - 400 mg dimenhydrinate) 1 - 4 times daily, but not more than 8 tablets/day (corresponding to 400 mg dimenhydrinate/day).Children aged 6 to 14 years take 1/2 - 1 tablet 1 - 3 times daily (corresponding to 25 - 150 mg dimenhydrinate/day), but not more than 3 tablets/day (corresponding to 150 mg dimenhydrinate/day).

Please do not stop or stop taking this medicine without talking to your doctor first.
