Instructions for use of the article PARAM Kinesiology Sport Tape 5 m x 5 cm black: - PARAM Kinesiology Sport Tape is a pain-relieving and movement-enhancing tape. - It is stuck to the skin and can reduce pain and movement restrictions. - The tape is made of 97% cotton and 3% spandex. - It is latex and drug free. - The tape is air and water permeable and breathable. - It adheres well even in water. - The tape does not restrict movement. - It is not suitable for fresh skin injuries, open wounds, coagulation disorders, vascular pathologies, acute or chronic skin diseases, allergies to the ingredients or acrylic adhesive, malignant tumours. - Pregnant women should only use the tape after consulting their doctor. - Patients undergoing cancer treatment should not use the tape. - If skin irritation occurs, the tape should be removed carefully. - The tape should be applied by professionals to hard-to-reach areas of the body. - Before application, the skin should be cleaned of cream and dirt residues. - The tape should be applied to dry and clean skin. - The appropriate muscle area should be located and the appropriate length of tape measured. - The corners should be rounded to prevent premature peeling. - The backing paper of the tape should be peeled off about 3-4 cm. - The tape should be applied to the skin according to the symptoms and rubbed warmly to activate the adhesive. - The tape should be applied at least 30-60 minutes before sporting activities. - It should only be dabbed lightly to dry. - The tape should always be removed in the direction of hair growth. - The tape should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight at temperatures between 8 and 30 degrees Celsius. - It should be stored out of the reach of children.
