Instructions for use of the article Accu Chek Softclix Black: - Accu-Chek Softclix lancing device is designed for the painless collection of capillary blood from the fingertip or earlobe. - It can be adjusted to 11 lancing depths and thus adapted to the individual skin condition. - The use of other lancets can lead to functional failures. - The lancing device is intended for self-monitoring and should not be used by more than one person to avoid infections. - If the lancing device is dropped, the lancets may become loose or protrude from the outlet. Care should be taken to avoid injury. - The lancing device should be stored without the lancet inserted and should not be exposed to extreme temperatures. - Weekly cleaning with a cloth moistened with ethanol or isopropanol is recommended. - Accu Chek Softclix is used to collect capillary blood for blood glucose monitoring. - The lancing device enables comfortable and easy blood glucose measurement by allowing the lancing depth to be individually adjusted. - The lancets can be easily removed by pressing a button to eject the lancets. - Accu Chek Softclix includes a lancing device. - To use, insert the lancet up to the holder, select the lancing depth by turning the cap and press the release button. - The manufacturer is Roche Diabetes Care Germany in Mannheim.
