Linusit Siesa Granules are linseed granules enriched with whey protein and various vitamins.No prescription is required for this product.

Use and consumption recommendations

Consuming 2 to 3 tablespoons per day is recommended.The granules can be combined well with yoghurt, milk or muesli and are also suitable for refining desserts.Just 2 to 3 heaped tablespoons cover around 50% of an adult's daily requirement for vitamins B1, B2, B6, C and E and contribute to the recommended fiber intake.
