Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, the product should not be used.It is not suitable for infants under 1 year old.

Dosage

In acute cases, 1 tablet can be taken up to six times a day.For chronic cases, 1 tablet one to three times a day is sufficient.The tablet should be allowed to dissolve in the mouth so that the mineral molecules slowly dissolve and are absorbed through the oral mucosa.Alternatively, the tablets can be dissolved in water and drunk in small sips, keeping each sip in the mouth for a few minutes.Schuessler salts should not be taken immediately after eating.
