The 3M Tegaderm CHG is an IV fixation dressing equipped with an antimicrobial gel pad.This product combines the strong antimicrobial effect of chlorhexidine gluconate with the high quality of the 3M Tegaderm I.V. Advanced dressing.
The bandage offers antimicrobial properties that reduce skin flora directly at the puncture site.Thanks to its transparency, it enables constant visual inspection of the puncture site without the need to change the dressing.The continuous, antimicrobial protection protects against microorganisms and ensures a secure and stable fixation thanks to a complete fleece border.
Contact-free, aseptic application is made easier by holding tabs on the side.The dressing is also permeable to water vapor and oxygen.
