Instructions for use of the article Saline solution 0,9% B.Braun Spüllsg.Ecotainer: - Product characteristics: Saline solution 0.9% from B. Braun, sterile and endotoxin-free. Contains 9.00 g sodium chloride in 1000 ml solution. - Indications: Irrigation and cleaning during surgical procedures, irrigation of wounds and burns, moistening of wound tamponades and dressings, cleaning of bladder catheters and instruments, irrigation after endoscopic procedures, filling of respiratory humidifiers, mechanical eye irrigation, nasal irrigation. - Dosage: The amount of fluid depends on the individual situation. - Overdose: In case of overdose, hypervolaemia and hyponatraemia may occur. Symptoms are headache, nausea, restlessness and disorientation. Discontinuation of irrigation and correction of water and electrolyte balance are required. - Warnings and precautions: Do not use for infusion. Use container only if unbroken and solution is clear. Do not store opened containers. Do not reuse single-use devices.
