Fortimel Extra is particularly suitable for patients with increased energy and protein requirements or protein deficiency, e.g.B. after operations or during convalescence, in the case of pressure sores or frailty.

Contraindications

Fortimel Extra must not be used if enteral nutrient intake is generally prohibited or if there is an intolerance to one of the ingredients it contains.It is not suitable for children under 3 years.Use with particular caution in children aged 3 to 6 years.Suitable for patients requiring a fiber-free diet.Not suitable for patients with galactosemia.

Dosage

For supplementary nutrition, 2 bottles per day are recommended with normal meals.
