This herbal medicine is suitable for relieving muscle and joint pain as well as for supporting the treatment of rheumatic complaints.No prescription is required for this product.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The preparation contains 268 mg of nettle leaf dry extract, using the extractant ethanol in a concentration of 50% (v/v).The following excipients are also included: calcium hydrogen phosphate 2-water, carboxymethyl starch, sodium salt type B, carrageenan, iron (III) hydroxide oxide x-water, hypromellose, indigo carmine, potassium chloride, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, highly disperse, titanium dioxide and purified water.

Contraindications

You should not take the product if you are allergic to nettle or any of the excipients mentioned.It is also not suitable for illnesses that require reduced fluid intake, such as severe heart or kidney disease.

Dosage

Always take the medicine exactly as described or after consulting your doctor or pharmacist.The usual dose for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over is 2 hard capsules twice a day.The duration of use is not fundamentally limited and depends on the type, severity and course of the disease, which is determined by the doctor.

If you have taken more than you should, please contact a doctor.Poisonings with nettle preparations have not yet been reported.If you forget to take a dose, do not take a double dose next time, but continue taking it as prescribed.

Intake

Take the capsules morning and evening after meals.To do this, drink enough water, preferably a glass of water (around 200 ml), to make it easier to swallow the capsule.The intense smell of the capsules is the typical smell of nettle extract.

See a doctor if you have acute rheumatic symptoms, especially if your joints are red, swollen or particularly warm.You should also seek medical advice if symptoms persist.If you have diabetes mellitus, you should consult a doctor before taking the product.

If the preparation is used at the same time, the effectiveness of vitamin K antagonists may be reduced.Therefore, it may be necessary to adjust the dosage of these medicines.If you are taking the product and one of these anticoagulant medicines at the same time, you should seek the advice of your doctor.

There is insufficient information about the use of this medicine in children under 12 years of age.It should therefore not be used in children under 12 years of age.
