Dosage

To prepare the tea, add a heaped teaspoon of organic still tea per cup into a tea filter or use an infusion bag.The tea is poured with boiling water and should steep for at least six minutes.You can sweeten it as desired or refine it with fruit juice.It is recommended to drink four to six cups of organic nursing tea throughout the day.In addition, it is advisable to drink enough water or low-acid fruit teas to ensure a varied and sufficient fluid intake during breastfeeding.
