Dosage

From the 13th week of pregnancy, take one capsule daily with sufficient liquid.Folates play a role in cell division and blood formation and contribute to the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy.Maternal intake of DHA contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes in the fetus and breastfed infant.The positive effect occurs when 200 mg DHA is taken daily in addition to the daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids recommended for adults (250 mg DHA and EPA).
