Use Schüssler salt No. 7 as "Hot No. 7" regularly every day to reduce calf cramps. Helps better than other magnesium products when used regularly.

Always had cramps during sport! I started with 1 tablet a day but unfortunately didn't have the desired success. Increased to 2 tablets a day, even when I'm not doing sport, and now the cramps are gone! The price is also OK.
