Contraindications

Dosage

In acute cases, one tablet can be taken up to six times a day.For chronic cases, one tablet one to three times a day is sufficient.The tablet should be allowed to dissolve in the mouth so that the mineral molecules slowly dissolve and can be absorbed through the oral mucosa.Alternatively, the tablets can be dissolved in water and drunk in small sips, keeping each sip in the mouth for a few minutes.Schuessler salts should not be taken immediately after eating.For an individual dosage, you should consult a doctor, pharmacist or therapist.The supplements should be used competently and specifically.If you are unsure, we recommend consulting a pharmacy or a therapist.
