Contraindications

Dosage

In acute cases, one tablet can be taken up to six times a day; in chronic cases, one tablet can be taken one to three times a day.The tablet should be allowed to dissolve in the mouth so that the mineral molecules slowly dissolve and are absorbed through the oral mucosa.Alternatively, the tablets can be dissolved in a glass of water and drunk in small sips, keeping each sip in the mouth for a few minutes.Schuessler salts should not be taken immediately after eating.For an individual dosage, you should consult a doctor, pharmacist or therapist.The supplements should be used competently and specifically.If you are unsure, you can seek advice from a pharmacy or a therapist.
