The recommended intake is one capsule twice daily with liquid. Do not exceed the stated amount to be consumed. The capsules should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept out of the reach of small children. The ingredients of the capsules are calcium ascorbate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, citrus fruit extract and cellulose as filler. The capsules do not contain any allergens.
