Instructions for use of the article Spenglersan Kolloid E Spenglersan Colloid E is a homeopathic medicine without specific therapeutic indication. It contains antigens and antitoxins of Treponema pallidum, potentised together to Dil. D9. The directions for use state that in acute conditions it should be rubbed in every half to a full hour, but not more than 6 times a day. For chronic conditions, adults and children from the age of 12 rub it into the crook of the elbow 1-3 times a day. Infants from 1 to 6 years of age should not receive more than half the adult dose, and children between 6 and 12 years of age should not receive more than two-thirds of the adult dose. The product should be held vertically and the spray mechanism should be actuated several times before first use. It is important to note that if symptoms are unsafe or persist, a doctor should be consulted. The product should not be taken for a long time without medical advice.
