Soledum capsules are an anti-inflammatory and expectorant medicine for the treatment of diseases of the respiratory tract. They are used to treat the symptoms of bronchitis, acute, uncomplicated, non-bacterial inflammation of the sinuses and colds of the respiratory tract. Soledum capsules can also be used as an additional treatment for chronic and inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, such as sinusitis. The recommended dose for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over is 2 capsules, 2 to 4 times a day. Children aged 2 to 12 years should take 1 capsule 3 times a day. Soledum capsules should be taken unchewed with plenty of liquid, preferably half an hour before eating. The duration of intake depends on the type, severity and course of the disease. Soledum capsules contain the active substance cineol and are also suitable for diabetics. A doctor or pharmacist should be consulted if there are any questions about the use of the medicinal product.
