I had already bought the alkaline powder plus from Dr Jacob's and have now bought the tablets as I find them more practical for daily use. The combination of lemon balm, magnesium, potassium and vitamins is great. It de-stresses during the day and improves sleep. I take 1 tablet in the morning and at lunchtime and 3 before going to bed.

I was usually very agitated in the evening and think a lot. This had a bad effect on my sleep rhythm. They were recommended to me to make me more relaxed in the evening and I feel much better with the Melissa basic tablets. I also take melatonin. Together this has made my sleep much better and deeper and has really changed my life in a very positive way.

The tablets meet my expectations and are perfect! I can only recommend them to everyone. I take them so that I'm not so agitated during the day. Make you more relaxed, but not tired. Super!!
