Summary: The food supplement "Naturafit Zinc Histidine plus C + D" combines the micronutrients zinc, histidine, vitamin C and vitamin D to strengthen the body's defences. Zinc supports acid-base metabolism, cognitive function, DNA-synthesis and fatty acid metabolism. Histidine is involved in protein formation and various metabolic reactions. Vitamin C contributes to immune system function, iron absorption and energy metabolism. Vitamin D supports the absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus as well as the protection of cells against oxidative stress. The product contains 90 capsules, one of which is taken daily for supplementation. It contains ingredients such as vitamin C, zinc citrate and vitamin D3. The food supplement is lactose-free, gluten-free, gelatine-free, colourant-free and contains no anti-caking agents. It should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and should be kept out of the reach of children.
