Pure Encapsulations B-Complex Plus Capsules are a food supplement containing various B vitamins. These vitamins play an important role in metabolism and contribute to energy production, blood formation and nerve supply, among other things. The capsules contain all eight B vitamins in their activated form and are therefore ideally dosed. It is recommended to take one capsule daily with a meal. A good support in "concentrated" form, especially during this time. The vitamin balance is supported again and gets back into balance..

I have been taking these capsules for years. Before that I had vitamin B products from the chemist, but that wasn't enough for me. I like the packaging. I think a screw-top jar for all the capsules is better than packaging each capsule individually in blister strips. The flavour is ok, the capsules are easy to swallow, so they are not too big. 120 capsules in a pack are enough for four months, so I think the price is ok. I will buy this product again.

The product offers a good composition of different B vitamins and, compared to other products, there are no annoying additives, which makes it very well tolerated. I also find the capsule size very convenient so that taking it is not uncomfortable.
